- Written on top of the server technology is a complete document
management system, including document storage and full versioning
(check-in/out) support.
- The implementation is different and more versatile than many other
document management systems. While the DocManager Servlets are running
on any number of back end servers, several front-end applications have
been developed to support the document management functionality.
- All client applications can use several different display modes.
Repository Indexing Screen:
- Any number of attachments can be added and indexed for a single
set of indexed row and each will support versioning.
- The correct mime-types are determined (from the underlying OS)
and the appropriate icons are displayed.
- Attachments can be previewed before indexing.
